My Hubby, the Marathoner and a Golden Books Cache

December 14, 2008 by Stephanie Vanderslice Filed Under: Uncategorized

My husband ran the Memphis Marathon last weekend to benefit St. Jude’s hospital.  Since he is the man and we are very proud of him, I thought I’d post a few pictures.  Also, while we were in Memphis, we went to an awesome flea market called Bo Jos, thousands of square feet of junking grounds.  There, I stumbled on a Golden Books cache.  We only had an hour there–I can’t wait to go back!

St. Jude’s is such a remarkable place. Kudos to your husband for running for them! I can’t watch their broadcasts because I cry the whole time. Cindi

Congratulations to your husband, he is indeed the man for running in the marathon. My daughters and I support St. Jude too.

Did youhappen to run across any of the original Dick and Jane books at any of the flea markets?
